1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" — Perahu Systems, based at 14 Jalan Tunku Ibrahim, 05000 Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia.
• "You", "User" — any person or business accessing our website or engaging our services.
• "Service" — the AI integration setups and maintenance arrangements we provide, as described at perahusy.pro.
• "Agreement" — the written scope document agreed before work begins on any engagement.
• "Content" — text, images, and other material on our website.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter a legally binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms. Engagement of our services is governed by the written Agreement for that engagement, supplemented by these terms where not contradicted by the Agreement.

3. Service description

We provide AI integration services for small businesses, including:

• Delivery Scheduling Aid — setup fee, one-time
• Customer Note Summaries — setup fee, one-time
• Maintenance — monthly arrangement covering setups we have built

The scope of each service is defined in a written Agreement before work begins. Our services are available to businesses operating in Malaysia. Geographic restrictions on specific service components will be noted in the relevant Agreement if applicable.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or engaging our services
• Ensure you have the right to share any business records you provide to us
• Use this website and our services for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to access systems or data beyond what is agreed for your engagement
• Not reproduce or distribute content from our website without permission

5. Intellectual property

Content on our website — including text, design elements, and structure — is owned by or licensed to Perahu Systems. You may view it for personal and business research purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

The setups we build for clients as part of an engagement are delivered to the client under the terms of the relevant Agreement. Perahu Systems retains no proprietary claim over those setups once the engagement is complete and paid.

6. Payment terms

Setup fees (Delivery Scheduling Aid: RM 126; Customer Note Summaries: RM 350) are payable in Malaysian Ringgit as agreed in the written scope document. Payment terms for each engagement are stated in the Agreement.

Monthly maintenance (RM 620 per month) is invoiced monthly. The arrangement may be ended by either party at month end with no penalty. There is no minimum term.

Payment methods accepted are stated in the Agreement for each engagement. We do not store payment card information.

7. Service-specific terms

Delivery Scheduling Aid

The setup price covers the import of delivery points, parameter agreement, and a one-week comparison period. The aid produces suggestions only; the final delivery route is always determined by the driver or coordinator. We do not warrant that suggested routes will be optimal for all conditions.

Customer Note Summaries

The setup price covers processing of existing records, summary requirements agreement, and a staff review round. Summaries are produced to the specification agreed; we cannot warrant that every summary will capture every relevant detail. Original notes remain unchanged and accessible.

Maintenance

Monthly maintenance covers connection checks, output sampling, and corrections as specified. The scope of maintenance is limited to setups we have built. We do not warrant that maintenance will prevent all problems but we will raise issues as they come to our attention.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided in good faith on the basis of information you supply. We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be suitable for all situations or that they will perform identically across all operating conditions.

Our website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability to you in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our services or website.

10. Termination

Either party may end a monthly maintenance arrangement at the end of any month. Setup engagements end on completion of the scope described in the Agreement. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where we determine that the engagement cannot proceed within the terms we operate on.

11. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from our services or this website will first be subject to informal resolution between the parties. If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, the matter will be referred to the courts of Kedah, Malaysia, which both parties agree shall have jurisdiction.

12. General provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with any written Agreement for a specific engagement, constitute the full agreement between the parties on the subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms continues in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at perahusy.pro/terms-conditions.html. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active service engagements, material changes will be communicated directly.
